Memorial Day Weekend has been the big Behrens Family Vacation weekend for a few years now. With the addition of new kiddos and busy lives it has dwindled down to just the weekend instead of a whole week. But that does not mean we do not have fun. For this side of the Behrens group it is a busy weekend traveling. Friday after work we headed to College Station to drop off Harley with G-parents. Saturday we head to Taylor to meet up with the other two sides of the Behrens group. We had lunch, swam in the pool (Malachi was not a big fan, the water was not as warm as the bath tube water), then we all got ready to head to Round Rock. We were on our way to see a Round Rock Express game. It was raining cats and dogs buy the time we got to Round Rock, the restaurant we were going to eat at had an hour wait so we opted for fast food, little baby B did not care for it at all. Once we got to the stadium the rain had decreased. THANKS DADDY BEHRENS, he got us great seats to the right of home plate on the last row that was covered by the seats above us. So we got to watch the game with out getting wet, it did rain the whole game. Sunday we all headed to the big family reunion picnic. Malachi loved running and playing in the dirt. After lunch we met my parents in Caldwell. Malachi and I stayed with them and Daniel went back to La Grange to help his parents on the farm. Monday had a good day. Daniel came back to us on Monday evening, had great COPPEE BRIDGE burgers, man I love those fries. Tuesday Daniel and I shopped at HEB, I wish we had one up here, and then headed home. Even got Casa Ole in Waco.
The weekend was fun, long, and tiring. Malachi ended up sleeping 12 hours Tuesday night and then took two great naps at Gigi's the next day. He played way to hard while we were gone.
This is a fun game
