Harley is very excited about becoming a "big brother". My mom kept joking that when we got pregnant she was going to get a card in the mail from Harley saying "he was going to be a big brother". So when the time came to tell my parents about our big news we thought Harley had to be the one to tell them. So I think the picture says it all.
