Winter Wonderland

Here in Texas we do not get a lot of White Stuff! But for the last couple of years in February it has shown up. Last year was Malachi's first year of knowing what to do with snow. He enjoyed it so much. He got to make a snow man and was very excited when it was still there the next day.

This year I describe our four days at home together as God knowing my heart and He gave me a gift for those four days at home with my children. It was such a blessing to get to see them play together and their relationship grow over those four days.

Tuesday we were extra blessed because DB got to stay at home with us.
None of us got out of our pjs. Baths did happen in the middle of the day for the little ones just for something warm to do but then the pjs went right back on.

The kids had a blast in the snow! I am pretty sure Hailey could not move!

Malachi and Hailey played in their tent and tunnel all day on Tuesday. The laughs that were coming from that tent were sent from heaven.

Hailey also learned guns are not just for boys!

The rest of the week Db had to go to work but the kiddos and I got to stay home. We did venture out two of the days for quick grocery hunting and the other day for a desperate mission for diapers that were forgotten the day before!
